Can you really bake cupcakes for all occasions styled to any theme?
Yes! I have baked cupcakes in response to all kinds of requests – believe you me, you wouldn’t believe it if I told you some of them!!!
Do you deliver cupcakes or do we need to collect them from you?
I deliver cupcakes or you’re very welcome to collect them from me and come and have a look around to see where everything is made, and of course meet our chickens!
Delivery is free within a 5 mile radius of Bowood, and then charged at 50p per mile thereafter according to the mileage quoted on multimap.com. Due to the nature of the product, I do not offer a mail order service.
When delivering for an event cupcakes are delivered in large tupperware boxes. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to return Tupperware boxes and cake stands to The Osprey, Bowood, within 3 days of the event date.
Do you offer a giftwrapping service?
Yes. Gift boxes are available and are tied with the ribbon colour of your choice for Gift boxes with ribbon costs £3.50.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There is a minimum order quantity of 12 cupcakes of the same flavour.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
For weddings I would suggest you contact me at least 3 months before your wedding date, but probably 6-12 months in advance to absolutely secure your date.
For orders with handmade decorations, themed especially for an event, please allow one week’s notice.
For all other orders please allow 3 working days notice.
How do I pay for my cupcakes?
You can pay for your cupcakes either using PayPal or by cheque. For orders of 24 cupcakes or more, a 50% deposit is required on booking, with the final balance being due upon delivery/collection.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Absolutely! In the highly unlikely event that you are not delighted with your cupcakes, please tell me immediately at the point of collection or delivery and I will not charge you for your cupcakes.
